What is the delivery time?

The turnaround time is 2-3 days with 1-2 fittings in between. We have our own factory and do not share factories like most other tailors which is why we can accommodate to this timeline with no quality compromise.

How does free hotel pick up work?

How the pickup works is 10-15 minutes prior to the pick up, whatsapp us using the button on the bottom right and we will send you a grab (our uber), fully paid for to pick you up. We will provide the license plate number and car model and color as well. They will pick you from the lobby and bring you safely to our store.

Terms and conditions

All customers need to read and agree to the terms and conditions set out in this agreement before placing an order. These terms and conditions between the customer (you) and Narry Bespoke Tailors will be in effect until such notice of change is given.

1. The measurements
The measurements taken by us in our stores, will be our own IP, and as each company will have its own method of measuring, we will not be able to give you your measurements.

2. Time frame
As much as we try to keep our delivery times within 3-5 weeks, we cannot absolutely guarantee this for every order – being handmade and customised goods occasionally fabric will be out of stock that results in slower than usual delivery. As a guide only, our products are usually delivered within 4 weeks and during periods of peak demand this may increase to 6-7 weeks. However, this is rarely the case.

3. Urgent orders
We do accept urgent orders if you need the suit urgently, and there will be no surcharge. In this case we can deliver it within 2-3 weeks. Also if alteration is required, it will take extra time and if there is not enough time we will reserve the right to complete the alteration after the event you required it by.
Wedding groups, please book at least 7 weeks in advance so that we have plenty of time and reduce any stress on your big important day. We cannot guarantee the suits will be ready if you leave it until last minute.

4. Delivery
During the order process you will be notified about the estimated delivery time of your order. This estimate is based on current production queue and the actual time it usually takes to send an order from our tailor shop in Thailand to your address.

The delivery time cannot be guaranteed, as it is only a calculated estimate. We are constantly monitoring production, air freight and final delivery and are always working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible. Narry Bespoke Tailors cannot be held responsible for losses, inconveniences, costs or other damages resulting from late deliveries.

Return policy

At Narry Bespoke Tailors, each garment is individually crafted to your measurements and specifications. Due to the custom nature of tailored clothing, the following policy applies:

* All tailored and made-to-measure garments are non-refundable and non-returnable.
* We are committed to ensuring the proper fit and offer complimentary alterations within a reasonable period after delivery (as agreed at purchase).
* Alterations do not apply if weight or body measurements have significantly changed after the order was placed.
